23 Creative respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes 23 Creative Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below. 23 Creative online payment form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional.

- Invoice Number(*)
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required in order to process your order and ensure we can contact you if required. 23 Creative stores the information on our website database for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction.
If you want to pay with a credit card, you have to give the following information:
- Credit card verification
- Credit card number
- Expiry date of credit card
The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider (ANZ) who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by The 23 Creative, we only store the response from the bank alerting us if the transaction was successful. The transaction has a very high level of security as described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.
Transaction Security Capabilities And Policies
Your credit card details are sent directly to The 23 Creative payment provider ANZ over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. Only the owners of 23 Creative have access to ANZ's transaction management system.
